 Design Verification & Validatiodn

Required Competency

 Engineering Graduation in Mechanical stream

 Minimum 3 years working experience in Designing of Instrumentation Valve products in a

Valve product company

 Hands on experience in Design Software – SOLIDWORKS, AutoCAD, Draftsite

 Competency in International Designing Standards- ASME / ASTM / API Standards awareness,

 Geometrical Dimensions & Tolerances (GD&T)

 Thorough knowledge of design calculation

 Knowledge on ISO 9001:2015, API 6D, PED, EIL Requirements

 Experienced on Instrumentation valves (Needle valve,Ball valve,Globe valve, DBB )

 Trunion mounted ball valve (Preferred)
