Desktop Support Engineer

Job Title: Desktop Support EngineerJob Location: Ramapuram, Chennai

Work Area: Client locations across Chennai

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Description:We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to provide on-site and remote technical support to our clients located across Chennai. The engineer will be based at our Ramapuram workstation and will travel to client locations as required.

• Roles & Responsibilities:Provide desktop, laptop, and workstation support at client sites
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows)
• Handle hardware issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
• Provide basic network troubleshooting (LAN, Wi-Fi, routers)
• Install and support software applications
• Handle email configuration and system updates
• Respond to client support requests and resolve issues within SLA
• Maintain proper documentation of issues and solutions
• Coordinate with internal teams for escalated technical issues
• Requirements:Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software
• Familiarity with Windows OS and MS Office
• Willingness to travel across Chennai for client support
• Good communication and customer-handling skills
• Freshers or experienced candidates can apply
• Additional Information:Clients are spread throughout Chennai
• Two-wheeler preferred for client visits
• Workstation located in Ramapuram
