Desktop Support Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for Desktop Support Engineers / Network Engineers to manage and support IT infrastructure. The candidate will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network related issues.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure desktop computers and laptops

• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues

• Install Windows OS and applications

• Configure LAN, WiFi and basic networking

• Support printers, scanners and peripherals

• Provide technical support to users

• Basic router and switch configuration

Skills Required

• Computer Hardware Knowledge

• Networking Fundamentals (IP, DNS, DHCP)

• Windows OS Installation & Troubleshooting

• Basic LAN / WAN Support

• Problem Solving Skills

Eligibility

Diploma / BE / BTech / BCA / BSc IT / Any Degree

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Salary

For 0–2 years

₹15,000 – ₹25,000 / month

For 3–5 years

₹30,000 – ₹45,000 / month
