Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve hardware and network-related issues.
2. Installation & Configuration: Set up, configure, and maintain desktop computers, software applications, and peripheral devices.
3. Laptop Service : Handle Laptop Issues and Troubleshooting
4. Printer Support: Handle Printer Support and Service
5. CCTV Support: Handle installation and maintenance of CCTV systems.
6. Network Support: Perform firewall configurations and ensure network security.
7. User Support: Respond to client inquiries and provide effective technical support.
8. Upgrades: Carry out system and software upgrades, and recommend suitable hardware/software enhancements.
9. Documentation: Record and track incidents, problems, and their resolutions.
10. Training: Educate end-users on new software tools and IT policies.
11. Communication: Provide timely updates on progress, especially for complex troubleshooting tasks.
12. Follow-up: Ensure resolved issues remain fixed through follow-up checks.
Requirements:
Any degree with relevant experience in the IT support field
Must possess a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
