Role Summary

As Slimming Manager, you will oversee the slimming/weight-loss department of the branch: you will ensure high quality client care, drive sales & service targets, manage the team (therapists, dietitians, consultants), and ensure smooth operational delivery of slimming & wellness services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of slimming and weight-loss services at the branch.
• Conduct client consultations, assess needs, develop personalized slimming and diet plans.
• Monitor client progress, track data, follow-up for retention and results.
• Supervise, train and coach the slimming team (dietitians, wellness consultants, therapists). Shine
• Ensure sales conversion, up selling of packages, achieving branch targets for slimming services.
• Collaborate with other teams (medical, laser/skin/hair, marketing) to ensure holistic wellness service delivery. Shine+1
• Maintain compliance: hygiene, Sops, client records, safety standards.
• Prepare reports and participate in strategy planning for the slimming department.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Bachelors degree (e.g., B.Sc in Nutrition, Dietetics, Food Technology, Home Science) or relevant PG.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in slimming, wellness, weight-loss clinic, or related service role. Some postings ask for 3+ years.
• Strong communication, counselling, customer-service skills.
• Knowledge of nutrition, diet plans, weight-loss therapies, body-contouring treatments (advantage).
• Sales-orientation: ability to achieve conversions, manage bookings, up-sell.
• Leadership/Team-management skills (if supervising staff).
• Good command of English and local/regional language. (Some listings specify Good (Intermediate/Advanced) English”)
