Job Description

The role focuses on brand credibility, controlled visibility, and long-term commercial value, while ensuring zero interference with the individual’s core professional performance.

This is a strategy-led role, not a basic social media execution role.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (KRAs)

1. Brand Positioning & Narrative

  • Define and maintain a clear, premium, and authentic personal brand
  • Ensure consistency across digital platforms, media, and partnerships
  • Prevent any activity that may dilute trust or credibility

2. Digital Presence & Content Strategy

  • Build a structured content strategy aligned with professional schedules
  • Develop content around discipline, performance mindset, and relatability
  • Maintain consistency without overexposure or trend chasing
  • Coordinate content creation with minimal time involvement from the individual

3. Partnerships & Commercial Enablement

  • Support and manage brand partnerships and collaborations
  • Prepare campaign concepts, content plans, and deliverables
  • Focus on long-term brand fit and quality partnerships over short-term gains

4. PR, Media & Public Image Management

  • Coordinate interviews, media features, and digital appearances
  • Shape narratives around performance, preparation, and professionalism
  • Ensure controlled and positive public perception at all times

5. Collaborations & Visibility Growth

  • Identify and manage high-quality collaborations
  • Filter opportunities based on brand alignment and audience quality
  • Avoid low-value or brand-diluting associations

6. Stakeholder Coordination & Process Management

  • Act as the single point of coordination between all stakeholders
  • Plan brand activities around professional commitments
  • Ensure confidentiality, professionalism, and timely execution

7. Long-Term Brand Value Creation

  • Build evergreen brand assets for long-term relevance
  • Explore future-facing opportunities beyond active professional years
  • Develop a sustainable long-term brand roadmap
