Digital Marketing Executive (Lead Generation – Real Estate)

Location- Kolathur, Chennai (Full-Time, On-site)

Company Overview

We are a fast-growing real estate consultancy firm focused on residential sales and strategic channel partnerships with leading developers. We leverage digital platforms aggressively to generate high-quality leads and scale revenue. We are now looking to onboard a result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to strengthen our digital acquisition engine.

Key Objective of the Role

The primary responsibility of this role is lead generation through paid and organic digital channels, along with end-to-end management of the company’s social media presence, with a strong focus on ROI, cost per lead (CPL), and conversion quality.

Roles & ResponsibilitiesPerformance Marketing & Lead Generation

• Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns for real estate lead generation
• Manage Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube – if applicable) to drive high-intent inquiries
• Monitor daily ad performance including CPL, CTR, conversion rate, and lead quality
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and ad copies to improve performance
• Coordinate with the sales team to align campaigns with live projects, launches, and inventory

Social Media Management

• Manage and grow company pages on Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms
• Plan and execute a monthly content calendar (posts, reels, stories, creatives)
• Coordinate with designers/video editors (or create basic creatives if required)
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and professional online presence

Analytics & Reporting

• Track and analyze campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and basic analytics tools
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
• Optimize budgets and campaigns based on data and business priorities

Collaboration & Execution

• Work closely with management to understand business goals and project priorities
• Support branding initiatives, campaign launches, and promotional activities
• Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends, especially in real estate advertising

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing
• Proven experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads lead generation
• Strong understanding of targeting, retargeting, and funnel-based advertising
• Basic knowledge of creatives, ad copies, and landing page optimization
• Experience in real estate marketing will be a strong advantage
• Analytical mindset with a performance and ROI orientation
