Job Description

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Influencer Coordination Executive who will manage the monthly influencer selection and engagement process for our brand. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and capable of handling influencer communication, content extraction, and payment negotiations.

Key Responsibilities

Influencer Shortlisting:

Identify and shortlist suitable Instagram influencers for the preceding month based on brand requirements, performance metrics, and campaign goals.

Content Extraction:

Download and extract influencer videos/reels/posts accurately as per brand specifications and ensure that all content meets quality standards.

Coordination & Communication:

Communicate with influencers and their teams professionally regarding campaign deliverables, timelines, and approvals.

Negotiation:

Independently negotiate influencer payment terms and finalise collaboration costs within the brand’s budget.

Reporting:

Maintain monthly reports of shortlisted influencers, campaign performance, payments, and content status.

Compliance:

Ensure all influencer content adheres to brand guidelines and legal/advertising standards.

Requirements

Female candidate aged 30–45 years.

Strong understanding of Instagram and influencer marketing trends.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work with content extraction tools/software.

Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks.

Prior experience in influencer management or social media coordination is a plus.
