Digital Marketing Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Executive to build our new digital marketing department. You will be responsible for developing end-to-end strategies, managing multi-channel campaigns, and driving measurable growth through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Planning: Define and execute the overall digital marketing roadmap and annual budget.
• Campaign Management: Oversee all digital initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
• Performance Analysis: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROI, conversion rates, and website traffic using tools like Google Analytics.
• Optimization: Continuously test and refine user funnels, landing pages, and ad creatives to maximize conversion performance.
• Hands-on Video Production: Script, film, and edit high-quality video assets (promos, explainers, and customer testimonials) for social media, email, and the web.

Requirements & Skills

• Experience: 1 years in digital marketing, with proven experience managing diverse online channels.
• Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of SEO/SEM, CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), and marketing automation.
• Education: Any Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Video Proficiency: Expert knowledge of editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut.
• Marketing Tools: Proficiency in SEO/SEM tools and social media management platforms.
