About the Role

We need a creative and organized Digital Marketing & Content Manager to handle content planning, video production, and digital campaigns. You’ll manage monthly calendars, create content, run ads, and grow our online presence across multiple platforms.

• ResponsibilitiesPlan monthly content calendars.
• Create content: captions, blogs, scripts, and social posts.
• Produce videos end-to-end: ideas, scripts, shoots, editor follow-up, QC, and posting.
• Optimize titles, thumbnails, and visuals for better reach.
• Run Meta Ads, Google Ads, and WhatsApp campaigns (Wati/AiSensy).
• Manage posting and promotions on YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp.
• Create trending Reels/Shorts ideas to boost engagement.
• Maintain consistent online presence with daily posts and updates.
• Requirements2–4 years experience in digital marketing or social media.
• Good knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and WhatsApp marketing tools.
• Experience with content production and basic video direction/editing.
• Strong understanding of thumbnails, visuals, and storytelling.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Tamil & English fluency is mandatory.

Preferred

• Creativity in trend-based content.
• Familiarity with AI tools and storytelling.
