Job Description

The Digital Marketing Manager will develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns that promote our brand, products, and services. You will play a pivotal role in driving online traffic, increasing brand visibility, and generating leads. This role is ideal for someone with at least 2+ years of proven experience in managing successful digital marketing strategies and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Create and execute digital marketing strategies across channels such as SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and paid advertising.
  • Campaign Execution: Plan and implement digital campaigns, including email, social media, web, and paid advertising, to boost brand awareness and engagement.
  • Performance Tracking: Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Lead Generation: Drive inbound marketing strategies, landing page optimization, and lead nurturing to generate new customer leads.
  • SEO/SEM: Optimize website content for search engines and manage paid search campaigns (Google Ads, etc.).
  • Social Media: Manage and grow our social media presence by creating compelling content and engaging with our audience across platforms.
  • Content Collaboration: Work closely with content creators and designers to develop engaging digital content that aligns with marketing objectives.
  • Budget Management: Manage and optimize the digital marketing budget to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Email Marketing: Develop and implement email campaigns to engage and convert prospects.
  • Data Analysis: Continuously monitor and improve digital marketing efforts by analyzing data, identifying trends, and adjusting strategies accordingly.

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing and optimizing successful campaigns.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, HubSpot, or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • SEO/SEM: Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices, with experience in optimizing websites for search engines and managing paid campaigns.
  • Creativity: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing strategies.
  • Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams including sales, design, and product teams.
  • Adaptability: Passionate about staying up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
