Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Expert to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, creativity, and hands-on experience with various digital marketing tools and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email, and display advertising)
• Manage and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
• Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic rankings
• Create engaging content for websites, blogs, and social media
• Monitor website traffic and performance using tools like Google Analytics
• Generate leads and improve conversion rates
• Manage social media accounts and online brand presence
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
• Prepare performance reports and suggest improvements
• Collaborate with design, sales, and content teams

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 2–5+ years of experience in digital marketing
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing
• Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (preferred)
• Excellent communication and content writing skills
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making ability

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in Google Ads, Analytics, or Digital Marketing
• Experience with marketing automation tools
• Knowledge of CRM systems
• Experience in B2B/B2C marketing (depending on your company)
