Job Description
- 1. Lead & Query Analysis (Marketing + Telecaller)Analyze daily incoming leads from Meta Ads, Google Ads, Website, WhatsApp, Walk-ins, and Referrals
- Understand patient queries related to:
- Treatment details
- Pricing & offers
- Location preference
- Appointment timelines
- Identify common objections and gaps in communication
- Share insights with marketing and telecalling teams to improve lead quality and closure
- 2. Telecaller Lead Conversation & Conversion AnalysisReview telecaller call records, WhatsApp chats, and follow-up status
- Track:
- Leads contacted vs pending
- Appointments booked
- Consultations attended
- Treatment conversions
- Analyze telecaller performance and follow-up effectiveness
- Suggest script improvements and follow-up strategies
- 3. Day-to-Day Reporting to MDPrepare daily MIS reports for MD including:
- Total leads received (source-wise)
- Leads contacted & pending
- Appointments booked
- Consultation show-up rate
- Conversion to treatment
- Provide branch-wise and campaign-wise performance insights
- Highlight issues, improvement areas, and action plans
- 4. Video Shooting & Content CoordinationPlan and coordinate video shoots with doctors (treatment explanation, reels, Q&A videos)
- Coordinate influencer video shoots, testimonials, and brand collaborations
- Ensure content aligns with marketing strategy and campaign goals
- Coordinate with editing team for timely delivery of videos for Ads & Social Media
- 5. Meta Ads & Google Ads AnalysisMonitor Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads and Google Ads performance
- Analyze:
- Cost per lead (CPL)
- Lead quality
- Conversion rate
- Share optimization suggestions with digital marketing team
- Track campaign performance and ROI
- 6. Strategy & Process ImprovementRecommend marketing and telecalling process improvements
- Assist in planning monthly campaigns, offers, and treatment promotions
- Work closely with doctors, front office, and marketing teams to improve conversion rates
- Required Skills & KnowledgeStrong analytical and reporting skills
- Experience in lead management & telecaller analysis
- Knowledge of Meta Ads & Google Ads (performance understanding)
- Good Excel / Google Sheets & MIS reporting skills
- Content planning & coordination skills
- Strong communication and coordination ability
- Preferred QualificationsMBA in Marketing / Business Analytics
- Experience in aesthetic clinic, hospital, or healthcare marketing
- Familiarity with CRM systems and call tracking tools
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Lead response time
- Lead-to-appointment conversion rate
- Appointment show-up rate
- Cost per conversion
