Dispatch Executive – Sheet Metal Industry (Short JD) 📄🏭
- Handle daily dispatch activities and delivery coordination
- Prepare invoice, challan, and dispatch documents
- Verify material quantity and part details before dispatch
- Coordinate with production, stores, and transport
- Maintain dispatch records and update MIS in Microsoft Excel
- Ensure on-time customer delivery
