Dispatch Executive / Officer

Job Description We are looking for an Executive Boarding Assistant / Officer who will be responsible for passenger coordination, customer support, ticket assistance, and ensuring smooth bus operations before and during trips.

• Key Responsibilities Make confirmation and follow-up calls to passengers before departure
• Guide customers during boarding, seat allocation, and travel-related queries
• Assist with ticket booking support and handle tele calling activities
• Collect accounts / cash / records from the bus as instructed
• Ensure availability and distribution of amenities:
• Drinking water bottles
• Blankets
• Headrests
• Maintain records of amenities issued and returned
• Perform bus document verification (RC, insurance, permit, FC, etc.)
• Conduct preliminary bus checks before departure:
• Cleanliness
• Amenities availability
• Basic readiness status
• Coordinate with drivers, office staff, and operations team
• Provide polite and professional customer service at all times
• Required Skills & Qualifications Basic education (10th / 12th / Any Diploma preferred)
• Good communication skills (Tamil mandatory; English/Hindi is an advantage)
• Customer-friendly attitude
• Ability to handle tele calling and passenger interaction
• Basic knowledge of ticketing / bus operations is an advantage
• Willingness to work in shifts / night duty / weekends
• Preferred Candidate Profile Experience in bus operations, travel agency, or transport field
• Physically fit and disciplined
• Honest, punctual, and responsible
