Reports to: Logistics Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and responsible Driver cum Refiller to manage the refilling, vending machines across assigned routes. The role involves driving to customer locations, replenishing products and ensuring machines are in working order.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive company vehicle safely to assigned vending machine locations.

• Refill machines with snacks, beverages, or other products as required.

• Maintain accurate logs of inventory, deliveries, and collections.

• Ensure timely route completion and clients/customer satisfaction.

• Follow all safety and traffic rules, and ensure vehicle cleanliness.

• Report any machine issues or service needs to the service/technical team.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license (LMV/commercial as per local regulations).

• Proven driving experience with a clean driving record.

• Basic knowledge of vending machines is a plus (training provided).

• Physically fit and able to lift product boxes (up to 15 kg).

• Honest, punctual, and responsible.

• Basic reading and writing skills for log entries and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SSLC/HSC/ITI/Diploma/Any Degree

• Knowledge of local routes (Chennai) and geography.

• Previous experience in vending, logistics, or FMCG delivery roles is a plus.
