E-Bike Service Technician

Job Description:We are looking for a skilled EV Service & Diagnostics Technician to handle servicing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of electric bicycles equipped with 36V 250W Hub BLDC motor kits, controllers, S866 displays, and lithium battery packs (NMC/LFP).

The candidate should have hands-on experience in diagnosing electrical faults, checking battery performance, controller testing, and resolving motor-related issues.

• Key Responsibilities:Diagnose and repair issues in Hub BLDC motors (36V 250W)
• Troubleshoot controllers, throttle, PAS sensors, and S866 display settings
• Test lithium battery packs (36V NMC/LFP) and check voltage under load
• Identify wiring faults and short circuits
• Check mechanical issues (brake rubbing, alignment, bearing resistance)
• Perform installation of motor kits and battery packs
• Conduct range and performance testing
• Provide technical support for customer complaints
• Required Skills:Knowledge of BLDC motor systems
• Understanding of controller amp rating & current draw
• Experience with multimeter testing
• Basic knowledge of lithium battery & BMS
• Ability to diagnose voltage drop issues
• Basic mechanical knowledge of bicycles
• Experience:1–3 years experience in EV / E-bike / Electrical Technician role
• (Freshers with strong electrical knowledge can also apply)
• Preferred Qualification:ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Automobile
• Experience in Electric Vehicle servicing is an advantage
