Manage day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms including Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, and Etsy

Create, update, and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, keywords, SEO)

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams to avoid stockouts

Process and track orders, returns, refunds, and customer queries across all platforms

Run promotional campaigns, discounts, and marketplace ads (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, etc.)

Analyze sales data, traffic, and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities

Ensure pricing competitiveness and marketplace compliance

Coordinate with marketing teams for campaigns, creatives, and seasonal promotions

Handle customer feedback, ratings, and reviews to maintain brand reputation
