E-Commerce Executive

We are looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to run the day-to-day at Qiwion. You will own

everything from managing our online stores and processing orders to packing, dispatching, and making

sure every customer gets their order on time and in perfect condition. Beyond fulfilment, you will also be

the person who keeps our data clean, our customers happy, and our reporting sharp. This is a high-

impact role where your work directly shapes how the business runs and grows.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Store & Order Operations

• Manage our online storefronts — keep listings, inventory, and pricing accurate across all sales

channels

• Oversee order processing from placement to dispatch — no order left behind

• Supervise packing and ensure every order goes out correctly, neatly, and on time

• Coordinate with courier partners for daily dispatch and track deliveries through to the customer

• Handle returns, exchanges, and delivery exceptions efficiently

• Keep the warehouse organised — stock in the right place, inventory counts accurate

Customer Management

• Be the first point of escalation for order-related customer issues — resolve fast and leave the

customer happy

• Coordinate with support to close complaints related to wrong items, delays, or damaged goods

within 24 hours

• Track recurring customer pain points and fix the underlying process — not just the individual issue

• Ensure post-purchase communications (confirmations, tracking updates) are accurate and timely

• Monitor reviews and feedback across platforms and flag patterns to the founder

Reporting & Data

• Own a weekly ops dashboard covering orders dispatched, returns, delivery performance, and

inventory levels

• Share a crisp weekly summary with the founder — what is working, what is not, and what needs a

decision

• Keep data clean and up to date across all platforms — no stale stock numbers, no mismatched

records

• Use sales and returns data to spot trends — fast-moving SKUs, high-return products, seasonal

shifts

• Build simple reports that help us make better buying, stocking, and logistics decisions

Team & Vendor Management

• Manage the packing and warehouse team — daily targets, scheduling, and performance

• Monitor marketplace account health and resolve platform issues before they escalate

• Manage courier and vendor relationships — hold them to SLAs and negotiate when needed

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 2-5 years of experience in e-commerce operations, logistics, or fulfilment

• Comfortable with platforms like Shopify, Amazon, Myntra, or similar marketplaces

• Experience with courier partners and logistics coordination in India

• Confident with data — Excel or Google Sheets, basic dashboards, and reading reports

• Clear communicator who can write a sharp weekly update without being prompted

• Strong organiser who can juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball

• A natural problem-solver who takes ownership and does not wait to be told
