Job Description
- Guide students through the complete overseas education process — from course selection to admission and visa application.
- Provide personalized counseling based on each student’s academic background, interests, career goals, and financial capacity.
- Assist students in choosing suitable universities, colleges, and programs across various study destinations.
- Maintain updated knowledge of international institutions, admission requirements, scholarships, and visa regulations.
- Conduct information sessions, seminars, and one-on-one meetings to educate students and parents about study options abroad.
- Evaluate and verify students’ academic documents and eligibility for desired programs.
- Coordinate with international universities and educational partners for student applications, offers, and admissions.
- Prepare students for visa interviews, pre-departure briefings, and cultural orientation sessions.
- Maintain accurate and organized student databases, application records, and follow-up reports.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets as set by the management.
- Ensure all counseling and admission activities comply with institutional and immigration regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service and professional communication to students, parents, and partners.
