Electrical Engineer

Electrical Supervisor, your role involves planning, scheduling, and implementing electrical projects from start to finish. This includes understanding project requirements, setting deadlines, estimating costs, and coordinating with other departments or contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee electricians and electrical technicians to ensure tasks are completed accurately, safely, and on schedule. This includes assigning tasks, monitoring progress, providing guidance, and addressing any issues or concerns.

- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company policies by conducting regular safety inspections, identifying potential hazards, implementing safety procedures, and providing staff training.

- Maintain detailed records of all electrical work, including blueprints, schematics, maintenance logs, and inspection reports for future reference, troubleshooting, and compliance.

- Maintain open communication with team members, clients, and management to ensure smooth project execution and meet expectations. Collaborate with other departments and contractors as needed.

Qualifications Required:

- Diploma in Electrical (Preferred)

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Electrical Supervising (Preferred)

- Willingness to travel up to 50% (Preferred)
