Job Responsibilities :

Perform electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance work

• Install and repair wiring, switches, lights, and appliances
• Handle plumbing issues like leakage, pipe fitting, and motor repair
• Conduct preventive maintenance of equipment
• Diagnose faults and troubleshoot problems
• Maintain tools and ensure workplace safety
• Respond quickly to maintenance complaints

🔧 Required Skills:Basic electrical and plumbing knowledge

• Ability to use hand & power tools
• Problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of safety procedures
• Basic understanding of HVAC/AC (preferred)
• Teamwork and good communication

• 🎓 Qualification:ITI (Electrician / Fitter / Mechanical) preferred
