Electronic FX Client Services Analyst AVP

- We’ll look to you to delivery on high‑quality, front‑to‑back client service solutions that are critical to the bank’s electronic trading business.

- This is an office‑first role, and will require you to work US shift hours five days a week from office from 7.30pm - 4.30am IST
What you'll do
As an eFX Client Services Analyst, you’ll be partnering closely with Sales, Trading, Technology, and Operations to support critical client workflows, strengthen platform stability, and drive continuous improvements across the front‑to‑back lifecycle.
Day-to-day, you’ll also be:
- Providing full end‑to‑end service coverage for all new and existing clients in the e‑FX business.
- Building stakeholder relationships from across products and functions, as well as with peers from across the Sales and Trading community.
- The opportunity to lead client‑critical initiatives that improve service resilience, platform adoption, and client experience across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas.
The skills you'll need
We’re looking for an individual with deep experience in electronic trading or client services, who can perform in a high‑pressure, high‑visibility environment. You’ll bring a combination of technical fluency, strategic thinking, and strong interpersonal skills — enabling you to deliver exceptional client outcomes while driving operational excellence.
You’ll also demonstrate:
- Strong leadership capability, vision, and the ability to inspire teams toward high performance and continuous improvement
- Deep understanding of eFX platforms, digital workflows, and front‑to‑back trade processes.
- Strong communication skills, with the confidence to influence global counterparts and business partners to deliver client‑first outcomes.
- This role requires working US shift hours to support our follow‑the‑sun servicing model across global markets.
- It is also an office‑first role, ensuring close collaboration with Sales, Trading, Technology, and Operations teams to deliver an exceptional client experience.
