Job Description

Location - Ambattur

Designation - Support Executive


Roles & Responsibilites :


· Handling customer e-mails received (Level 1).

· Ensure service request, complaint and query are resolved to customer satisfaction.

· Co-ordinate with internal team to ensure the request, complaint and query are closed in a timely manner.

· Deliver best in class customer experience in the service interaction leading to improved VOC.

· Ensure SLA’s, TAT’s, Productivity and Quality metrics are met as per defined targets.


Ready to work in night shift & rotational shift. 

Rotational - Week off


Max Gross Salary - 28k Gross (Depends on last drawn with proper documents)
