About the RoleWe are seeking a versatile Embedded & Automation Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of intelligent machines and control systems. This role requires a hands-on engineer capable of working across embedded hardware, firmware development, and automation to create robust, field-ready industrial solutions.

Key Responsibilities

●  Design and develop embedded systems for industrial automation products, including sensor integration, motor control, and communication protocols.

●  Build and test custom PCBs and embedded hardware components, ensuring reliability and scalability.

●  Develop efficient, real-time firmware in C/C++ or MicroPython for microcontrollers (e.g., STM32, ESP32, Atmega).

●  Implement and debug control logic for automation using microcontrollers, HMIs, and industrial interfaces like UART, I2C, SPI, CAN, or Modbus.

●  Integrate end-to-end automation solutions involving mechanical actuation, feedback loops, and safety mechanisms.

● Conduct testing, validation, and field deployment of machines in industrial environments.

●  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring products from prototype to production.

●  Document hardware designs, code, testing protocols, and field learnings for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

● B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in Electronics, Mechatronics, Robotics, or a related discipline.

● 2+ years of experience in embedded system design and automation (strong freshers may be considered).

● Solid hands-on experience in circuit design, firmware programming, and system-level integration.

● Knowledge of sensors, actuators, motor drivers, and industrial automation workflows.

● Strong debugging and problem-solving skills with lab tools (oscilloscope, logic analyzer, multimeter).

● Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and taking ownership of complete systems.

Preferred Skills

● Experience in IoT, machine vision, or cloud-integrated control systems.

● Exposure to industries like Automation, Robotics, Electronics is a plus.

● Familiarity with CAD tools (e.g., Altium, KiCad) and version control (e.g., Git).
