Engineer

1. Experience in dispatch operations and inventory management, 
2. Plan and oversee dispatch of goods, manage inventory, maintain records and ensure Quality complaints
3. prepare and verify shipping documents such as invoices delivery notes, E waybill and transport terms 
4. Communication with customer regarding dispatch details, delivery times, and delays Monitor the TAT Report 
5. Monitor the FG Stock levels, customer coverage and reduce the Slow and obsolete inventory 
6. Prepare and verify the shipping documents such as invoices delivery notes, E waybill and transport terms
7. Handing the OEM Portal (ASN, Deliver Notes, schedule)
8. Ensure the Customer On time delivery and TAT Report
9. Managing the Inventory, slow moving and obsolete items and Manpower Handling
10. Ensure the Goods are dispatched in proper conditions and meet quality standards
11. Maintain accurate records of dispatched goods, including quantities, destinations, and delivery rates
12. implement strategies to reduce transportation costs and optimize dispatch schedules 
13. Monitor Every customer we dispatch as per customer agreed packing standard.
