YOUR TASKS:

 

• Project development and coordination.
• Check and verify the correct quality of the analyzed concrete samples.
• Guide the supplier to achieve production targets by complying with all guidelines and standards set by the Quality Department.
• Ensure that production is carried out according with HSE standards.
• Supervise the staff performance to control the achievement of the established objectives.
• Review KPIS and identify improvement actions for production processes.
• Analyze the existing processes in terms of efficiency and effectiveness, in order to propose the appropriate corrective measures.
• Assign tasks to the team members and coordinate with them, the development of ongoing projects.

 

 

YOUR PROFILE:

 

• Civil or Industrial Engineering.
• Office medium user.
• Precast industry knowledge.
• Interested in the project hardworking, problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Communication skills and high degree of teamwork, negotiation skills.
• Autonomous and challenge motivated.
• English is a must. Minimum B2 certificate. Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in precast concrete or construction buildings.
• 4- 6 years of experience in concrete manufacturing and technological control.
• Experience with self-compacting concrete. Industrial processes or civil work.
