Job SummaryThe Commercial Vehicle EV Operations Executive will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operations of electric commercial vehicles, ensuring smooth fleet movement, charging management, vehicle readiness, and coordination with drivers and maintenance teams.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and manage daily operations of electric commercial vehicles (EV fleet).
• Ensure vehicles are charged, operational, and available as per dispatch schedules.
• Coordinate with drivers, supervisors, and logistics teams for smooth vehicle deployment.
• Track vehicle utilization, charging cycles, and battery performance.
• Maintain daily operational reports, vehicle logs, and charging records.
• Coordinate with maintenance/service teams for vehicle breakdowns or technical issues.
• Ensure safety compliance and operational standards are followed.
• Monitor charging infrastructure usage and schedule charging slots efficiently.
• Support fleet performance monitoring and operational improvements.
• Report operational issues to the Operations Manager / Fleet Manager.
• Required QualificationsDiploma / ITI / Any Graduate (Mechanical / Automobile preferred).
• Basic understanding of electric vehicles or commercial vehicle operations.
• 1–3 years experience in fleet operations, logistics, automobile, or EV operations preferred.
• Skills RequiredBasic knowledge of EV charging and vehicle operations.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain operational records and reports.
• Problem-solving skills for vehicle operational issues.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel / reporting tools).
