Role OverviewWe are looking for a highly driven Manager who can take complete ownership of site execution, team management, and project conversions. This is a performance-oriented role best suited for professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, accountability-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities (Non-Negotiable)·     

  Conduct regular and intensive site visits to ensure execution accuracy, quality, and timelines

·       Convert site visits and client discussions into confirmed projects

·       Independently manage site supervisors and execution teams

·       Take complete ownership of multiple projects simultaneously

·       Ensure strict adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks

·       Proactively identify and resolve site-level issues

·       Maintain 100% accurate project documentation and records

·       Coordinate with clients, supervisors, vendors, and management

·       Ensure compliance with company standards, safety norms, and reporting systems

Who Should Apply·       Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in site or project management

·       Strong client-handling and project conversion capability

·       Ability to manage supervisors independently

·       Comfortable working in deadline-driven site environments

·       Strong reporting, documentation, and coordination skills

·       Hands-on, execution-focused mindset

Probation & Compensation (Performance-Based)·       Probation Period: 3 Months

·       Probation Salary: ₹25,000 and above (based on performance)

·       Confirmed Salary: ₹45,000 – ₹50,000 per month + incentives upon successful completion of probation
