Risk Analyst I  (Technical Policy Writer I)

Job Description Summary

Responsible for creation, maintenance, and publishing of company policies, procedures, standards, and technical documents (business/functional requirements, instructional materials, online help, procedural guides, product descriptions, etc.) for use by business end users. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree and at least one-year in regulatory, compliance, risk management or mortgage company. Requirement for a degree may be substituted by at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Technical Policy and Procedure writing skills
• Exceptional work ethic and strong desire to succeed
• Ability to perform quality work within deadlines.
• Excellent organization skills with attention to details.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong multi-tasking skills
• Confident decision making, sound judgement and good problem solving
• Strong critical thinking and research skills.
• Advanced MS Office skills specifically Excel, Adobe, Word and PowerPoint
