Project Role Description : Lead the development of complex solutions across multi-tower and/or multi- service transformational opportunities. Architect end-to-end integrated solutions leveraging the best mix of offerings, assets, and capabilities to maximize value for the client and Accenture. Ensure alignment of solution to client’s organization goals.

Summary:
As an Enterprise Solution Architect, a typical day involves leading the design and development of sophisticated solutions that span multiple service areas and business units. This role requires orchestrating the integration of diverse components to create cohesive and effective solutions that align with the strategic objectives of the client organization. The position demands continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that the solutions deliver maximum value and support transformational initiatives. The architect plays a pivotal role in steering complex projects from conception through implementation, ensuring seamless coordination and alignment across all involved teams and services.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to enhance solution design and delivery.
- Facilitate communication and knowledge sharing among cross-functional teams to promote best practices.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes ENOVIA V5.
- Strong expertise in solution architecture principles and methodologies related to enterprise-level projects.
- Experience in integrating multi-service and multi-tower solutions to meet complex business requirements.
- Ability to analyze and translate business needs into scalable and sustainable technical solutions.
- Skilled in stakeholder management and effective communication across diverse teams.
- Competence in leveraging technology assets and capabilities to maximize client value.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Dassault Systemes ENOVIA V5.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
