Key Responsibilities1. Patient Care & Consultation Support

• Welcome and assist patients in a professional and friendly manner.
• Understand patient concerns and explain basic skincare treatments.
• Assist doctors during consultations and aesthetic procedures.
• Maintain patient comfort and hygiene standards during treatments.

2. Aesthetic & Skin Treatments

• Perform basic aesthetic procedures such as:

• Facials and skin rejuvenation treatments
• Chemical peel assistance
• Hydra facial treatments
• Laser treatment assistance
• Medi-facials and skin therapies
• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure equipment is ready before procedures.

3. Clinic Hygiene & Safety

• Maintain proper sterilization and hygiene protocols.
• Ensure treatment rooms are clean and well organized.
• Follow clinic safety and infection control guidelines.

4. Patient Follow-up & Education

• Guide patients on post-treatment care.
• Explain skincare routines and recommended products.
• Handle follow-up calls/messages to check patient progress.

5. Product & Treatment Promotion

• Recommend suitable skincare products and treatment packages.
• Support the clinic team in achieving treatment targets and patient satisfaction.

6. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain patient records and treatment details.
• Update treatment progress and follow-up notes in the system.
• Required SkillsKnowledge of skin and aesthetic treatments
• Good communication and patient handling skills
• Basic knowledge of dermatology procedures
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Professional grooming and presentation
• QualificationDiploma / Certification in Cosmetology, Aesthetic Therapy, or Beauty Therapy
• Preferred ExperienceExperience in Dermatology clinic / Aesthetic clinic / Skin clinic
