Executive – Business Coordination

Job Description:

Polyfit Fabricators Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and organized professional to support the Managing Director in business communication and coordination activities. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer communication, preparing quotations, coordinating enquiries, and assisting in business execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle business communication through email and phone calls

• Work closely with the Managing Director to execute business plans and follow-ups

• Prepare and send price quotations to customers

• Understand customer requirements and coordinate internally

• Prepare tender documents and submit proposals when required

• Maintain records of customer enquiries, quotations, and communication

• Follow up with customers regarding quotations and orders

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Good written and spoken English communication skills

• Strong coordination and organizational ability

• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)

• Experience in manufacturing / engineering industry preferred
