Designation: Executive Trainer

Language Speaking Must: Hindi and English, Tamil.

 Location : Kuthambakkam, Poonamallee, Chennai.

Role and Responsibilities:

·         Conduct training sessions for new and existing employees across departments.

·         Develop and implement training modules tailored to operational and customer service needs.

·         Monitor employee performance post-training and provide feedback for improvement.

·         Collaborate with HR and department heads to identify skill gaps and training requirements.

·         Maintain training records and prepare reports on training effectiveness.

Skills & Qualifications

·         Strong communication and presentation skills.

·         Experience in corporate training or employee development.

·         Ability to design engaging training content.

·         Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools.

·         Bachelor's regular degree preferred; certifications in training or HR are a plus.

.        Speaking Hindi is must and also English, Tamil.
