Job Location

Perungudi - Chennai (Work from Office)

Shift Details

• Shift Type: Full Night Shift
• Working Hours: 9 Hours per day
• Shift Timing: 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM
• Week Offs: Saturday & Sunday

Roles & Responsibilities

• Set up purchase orders
• Co-ordinate between trucking, shipping and suppliers to process the delivery of orders
• Compute and record numerical data
• Check the accuracy of business transactions
• Perform data entry and administrative duties
• You will learn or co-ordinate the entire supply chain management of the delivery of export cargo on container ships

Required Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft office
• Strong verbal & written communication skills in English
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Strong time management & organizational skills, follow through & follow up skills
• Flexible & able to work under pressure
• Organized & self-motivated
• Be able to work overtime if required

Preferred Qualifications

Any Major Preferably in English, Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business; Marketing; Supply Chain/Logistics Management
