Facilities Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Facility Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of TVS Green Hills Villa, Perungalathur. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth functioning of all facilities, manage maintenance teams, control budgets, ensure statutory compliance, and maintain strong relationships with clients and residents.

• Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily facility operations and ensure smooth functioning of the property.
• Manage and supervise maintenance staff, housekeeping, security, and vendors.
• Plan and monitor preventive and breakdown maintenance for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, STP, WTP, lifts, and other systems.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and safety regulations.
• Prepare and control budgets, expenses, and vendor payments.
• Handle client and resident complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with vendors for AMC, repairs, and services.
• Maintain records, reports, and documentation related to facility operations.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits.
• Support emergency response and incident management.
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Engineering, Facility Management, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 1+ year of experience in Facility Management (Residential/Apartment/Villa experience preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and facility management software.
