Facility Engineer

Job Summary:

The Shift Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the operation, maintenance, and improvement of building systems, ensuring the safety, efficiency, and reliability of all facilities. The role requires a candidate with a valid C License to handle electrical, mechanical, and civil engineering tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and operate HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems efficiently.
• Conduct regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of all facility equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers for repairs, installations, and upgrades.
• Prepare and maintain facility documentation, including maintenance logs, reports, and work orders.
• Assist in budgeting, planning, and execution of facility improvement projects.
• Respond promptly to facility emergencies or breakdowns.
• Supervise junior technicians and facility staff when required.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• B.Tech/BE (EEE/ECE)/Diploma EEE/ITI ; C License Holder
