Your Role:

• To be the owner / key stake holder in running facilities department

• Interface with internal/external stakeholders and vendors to ensure all project obligations are met

• Manage and report project financials to meet and exceed project budget

• Responsible to meet the cost metrics related to Utility & Facility

• Ensure there is no downtime to Production due to facility issues

• Responsible to meet all KPIs of Facility department

• Drive predictive maintenance & Effectively track of all Preventive Maintenance, Fault Reports and Corrective Work Orders

• Coordinate and liaise with external agencies on new initiatives and major repairs and maintenance works.

• Responsible for site administration activities ( Securities, Transportations, House Keeping, Canteen ) & meeting its cost metrics

• Ensure compliance with all safety and statutory requirements

• Manage Addition & Alteration (A&A), Repair & Redecoration (R&R) and other project works

• To ensure process improvement across designated projects to enhance productivity and overall improvement to our bottom line.

• To be innovative and take lead in problem solving

• Forecast & control project & budget spending

• To adhere to the Health & Safety regulations as set out by the EHS Department and any other Government Regulations

• Drive plant-wide energy saving program & environmental management system

• Support Manufacturing facility with at most priority

  Handle Internal & external customer with respect to meet all regulations and environmental, health and security standards

Your Background:

• BE EEE & “C” License holder

• 10- 15 years of experience in industrial facility management, Min 3 years in managerial role.

• Knowledge of safe work procedure

• Strong people management skills.

• Flair in written communication and presentation skills would be advantageous.

• Creative, analytic and passionate persona.

• Awareness of different digital systems and tools in the field of facilities management
