Key Responsibilities

Maintenance & Operations: Supervise daily operations, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems. Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs.

Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and schedule maintenance staff, custodial teams, or contractors.

Safety & Compliance: Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal building codes, safety rules, and environmental regulations.

Vendor Management: Coordinate with external contractors for repairs, renovations, and vendor services.

Administrative Tasks: Manage facility budgets, track inventory of supplies, process work orders, and maintain accurate records.

Emergency Response: Handle facility-related emergencies and troubleshoot issues promptly

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience: Several years of experience in maintenance, facility management, or a related field, often with previous supervisory experience.

Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.

Leadership/Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to manage staff and interact with contractors.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer applications (MS Office for work orders).

Education: High school/ITI/ diploma or equivalent is required
