Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Factory Supervisor to oversee our lift manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge in fabrication, welding inspection, and drawing study, with hands-on experience in AutoCAD.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day production activities in the factory.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and ensure work accuracy as per design.
• Conduct welding and fabrication inspections to maintain quality standards.
• Coordinate with the design and production teams to meet delivery schedules.
• Monitor manpower efficiency and ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Prepare daily production and inspection reports.
• Manage materials and tools for ongoing projects.

Requirements:

• Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in fabrication or lift manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and ability to study mechanical drawings.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in welding and fabrication inspection is a must.
