Job Title: Factory WorkerJob Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Factory Worker to join our manufacturing team. The candidate will be responsible for operating machinery, assembling products, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring smooth production operations.

• Key Responsibilities:Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment
• Assemble products as per company specifications
• Load raw materials into machines and handle finished goods
• Perform quality checks to ensure defect-free production
• Pack, label, and prepare products for dispatch
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area
• Follow company safety guidelines and standard procedures
• Report machine issues or production defects to supervisors
• Assist in inventory handling and stock organization
• Required Skills:Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes
• Ability to operate machines (training will be provided if needed)
• Good physical stamina and ability to stand for long hours
• Attention to detail and quality focus
• Teamwork and communication skills
• Time management and ability to meet production targets
• Qualifications:Minimum: 10th / 12th / ITI / Diploma (preferred)
