Factory Worker

Key Responsibilities

Assembly & Production: Assist in material feeding, component assembly, and basic machine operation under supervision.

Quality & Process Compliance: Perform visual checks, gauge usage, and in-process quality checks; escalate defects.

Safety & 5S: Use PPE correctly; comply with LOTO, safety signage, and maintain cleanliness & organization (5S).

Material Handling & Documentation: Handle bins, trolleys, and basic documentation (issue/receipt slips, checklists).

Continuous Improvement: Participate in Kaizen/suggestion schemes and support basic troubleshooting under guidance.

Skills & Behaviors

Basic English reading/writing, counting, and shop-floor arithmetic.

Attention to detail, discipline, teamwork, and punctuality.

Willingness to learn new stations/tools and cross-train.

மேற்பார்வையின் கீழ் பொருள் ஊட்டம் (material feeding), கூறுகள் அசெம்ப்ளி (component assembly) மற்றும் அடிப்படை இயந்திர இயக்கத்தில் (basic machine operation) உதவுதல்.

தர & செயல்முறை இணக்கம் (Quality & Process Compliance):

கண் பார்வைச் சோதனை (visual checks), அளவுகோல் பயன்பாடு (gauge usage), செயல்முறை தரச் சோதனைகள் (in-process quality checks) மேற்கொண்டு, குறைகள் (defects) இருப்பின் உடனடியாக தகவல் அளித்தல்.

பாதுகாப்பு & 5S (Safety & 5S):

PPE-ஐ சரியாக பயன்படுத்துதல், LOTO மற்றும் பாதுகாப்பு சின்னங்கள் (safety signage) கடைப்பிடித்தல், வேலைப்பகுதியை சுத்தமாகவும் ஒழுங்காகவும் (5S) பராமரித்தல்.

பொருள் கையாளுதல் & ஆவணங்கள் (Material Handling & Documentation):

பொருள் பெட்டிகள் (bins), டிராலிகள் (trolleys) கையாளுதல் மற்றும் அடிப்படை ஆவணங்கள் (issue/receipt slips, checklists) பராமரித்தல்.

தொடர்ச்சியான மேம்பாடு (Continuous Improvement):

Kaizen / பரிந்துரை திட்டங்களில் (suggestion schemes) பங்கேற்று, வழிகாட்டுதலின் கீழ் அடிப்படை பிரச்சனை தீர்வில் (troubleshooting) ஆதரவு வழங்குதல்.
