Job description:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Production & Sales Coordinator to manage day-to-day operations with tailors, handle customer interactions, and drive sales conversions for our embroidery business. The ideal candidate should have experience in production supervision, customer handling, and sales.

Job timings 10.30AM To 8.00PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with tailors and production team to ensure timely delivery of embroidery orders
• Monitor production quality and maintain high standards in embroidery work
• Handle customer calls, queries, and follow-ups
• Convert inquiries into sales by suggesting embroidery solutions based on customer needs
• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent after-sales support
• Track daily orders, update records, and report to management on production & sales performance
• Ensure smooth workflow between production and sales teams
