Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Business Development Executive who can drive growth by building strong relationships with educational institutions and corporate clients. This is a field-intensive role requiring strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in schools, colleges, corporates, and institutions
- Conduct field visits, meetings, and presentations to decision-makers (Principals, HR Heads, Management)
- Promote training programs and close B2B deals
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and execution
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and provide insights
Requirements
- Proven experience in field sales / business development (Education or Training industry preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport with institutional clients
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented mindset
- Willingness to travel extensively
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools
Preferred Profile
- Experience in handling institutional sales / corporate training deals
- Existing network in schools, colleges, or corporate sector is a plus
