Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Business Development Executive who can drive growth by building strong relationships with educational institutions and corporate clients. This is a field-intensive role requiring strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.



Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in schools, colleges, corporates, and institutions
  • Conduct field visits, meetings, and presentations to decision-makers (Principals, HR Heads, Management)
  • Promote training programs and close B2B deals
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and execution
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and provide insights



Requirements

  • Proven experience in field sales / business development (Education or Training industry preferred)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport with institutional clients
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented mindset
  • Willingness to travel extensively
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools


Preferred Profile

  • Experience in handling institutional sales / corporate training deals
  • Existing network in schools, colleges, or corporate sector is a plus
