Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Direct collection: Travel to customer locations (residence or business) to collect overdue payments.
- Payment negotiation: Discuss overdue payments with customers and negotiate suitable payment plans.
- Record keeping: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all collection activities, communications, and transactions.
- Target achievement: Meet or exceed monthly collection targets.
- Compliance: Ensure all collection activities adhere to company policies, legal requirements, and ethical practices.
- Problem resolution: Identify reasons for non-payment and work with customers to resolve billing and payment queries.
- Reporting: Track and report on collection status and activities to senior management or the finance team.
