Job Description
Field Collection Executive – Steel co @ Chennai
- Role: On-time collections from dealers/projects; dispute closure; daily reporting.
- Responsibilities: Daily field visits; collect cheque/online and issue receipts; same-day bank deposit; follow up overdues/negotiations; update ERP/CRM; coordinate with Sales/Accounts/Logistics on POD/invoice issues; meet visit and collection targets.
- Requirements: Graduate; Minimum 2 years field collections (steel/building materials preferred); fluency in Tamil; own two-wheeler, license, smartphone; strong area knowledge; negotiation skills; integrity in cash handling; basic Excel/ERP.
- Work mode: Field, 6-day week; Chennai; fixed + incentives (fuel/mileage as per policy).
