Job Description
- Visit assigned subscribers and collect monthly chit subscriptions on time (daily/weekly/monthly basis)
- Maintain accurate daily collection records and submit reports to the Branch Manager
- Build and maintain strong relationships with chit subscribers to ensure timely payments
- Follow up with defaulters and coordinate for pending collections professionally
- Assist subscribers with queries related to chit plans, payment schedules, and documentation
- Participate in lucky draw and auction events conducted at the branch
- Ensure proper documentation for KYC and disbursement-related processes
- Achieve monthly collection targets set by the management
- Represent SSG Chits professionally during all field visits and customer interactions
