Field Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for energetic and committed freshers who are interested in starting their career in the Telecommunication sector. The selected candidates will work as Field Engineers, handling customer complaints and performing field-level network testing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend and resolve customer complaints related to:
• Mobile voice call issues
• Voice overlapping/distortion
• Data connectivity and speed issues
• Perform field testing for mobile networks (2G/3G/4G/5G).
• Coordinate with the network operations team to ensure issue resolution.
• Prepare and submit daily activity/test reports.
• Ensure timely support and maintain customer satisfaction.

Required Skills:

• Basic understanding of mobile networks and communication systems.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work in the field and travel frequently.
• Self-motivated and ready to learn.

Qualification:

• Diploma in Electronics, Telecommunications, or related fields.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements:

• Bike and valid driving license are mandatory.
• Candidate should be flexible with working hours and travel as per site/customer requirements.
• Basic Android smartphone knowledge preferred (for testing apps/tools).
