Field Engineer

Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled Network Engineer to manage, monitor, and maintain ACT Fibernet’s broadband network infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and customer satisfaction.

• Key Responsibilities:Install, configure, and maintain network devices such as routers, switches, OLTs, ONTs, and firewalls.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, FTTH, and IP networks.
• Handle network outages, escalations, and incident management within SLA timelines.
• Coordinate with field engineers, NOC, and service teams for fault resolution.
• Perform network upgrades, migrations, and preventive maintenance activities.
• Analyze bandwidth utilization and ensure optimal network performance.
• Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and reports.
• Support customer connectivity issues and provide technical solutions.
• Ensure compliance with company security and operational standards.
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Diploma / BE / BTech in Networking, Electronics, IT, or related field.
