Field Executive

We are looking for a Field Executive who will be responsible for visiting various Government Departments and Offices to obtain, follow up, and coordinate statutory licenses and approvals for our clients. The role involves regular field work, document coordination, and liaison with government officials.

• Key Responsibilities:Visit government offices such as Labour Department, Factories Inspectorate, Pollution Control Board, Municipal Corporation, and other statutory authorities.
• Apply for, follow up, and obtain licenses, registrations, renewals, and approvals for clients.
• Coordinate submission of applications, forms, and supporting documents.
• Track application status and ensure timely approvals.
• Collect acknowledgements, certificates, and official communications.
• Maintain proper records of applications and office visits.
• Coordinate with internal compliance and documentation teams.
• Represent MORA professionally with government officials and clients.
• Requirements & Qualifications:Graduate or Diploma in any discipline (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in field work, government liaison, or compliance-related roles (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of statutory licenses and registrations is an advantage.
• Ability to communicate clearly in local language and English.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work in the field.
• Good follow-up skills and attention to detail.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, email)
• Ability to handle documentation carefully
